Welcome to Black Swan Designs, home to the creations of Mel Blowes, craftreprenuer, professional photographer, graphic designer, bicycle rider & ukulele player.

Mel graduated from Christchurch Polytechnic in 2003 with a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications, & holds Certificates in Professional Photography & Digital Photography. Her panoramic images have been exhibited at Quentin Frost Gallery, Our City O-Tautahi, L'Estrange Gallery & grace the cover of the fourth edition of "Some Other Country". She is also co-owner of graphic design studio Board of Design.
